ASP Dojo Community Guidelines

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and positive environment for all users of the ASP Dojo Systems. These guidelines apply to all employees, parents, students, and other participants who interact with our systems, and by using the ASP Dojo Services, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

 

1. 1. Be Respectful and Courteous

• Treat all participants, staff, and users with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
• Avoid using offensive, discriminatory, or harmful language or behavior that may create a negative or unsafe environment.
• Engage in constructive feedback and maintain a positive tone during interactions.

 

1. 2. Respect Privacy and Confidentiality

• Do not share personal or confidential information about others without their consent.
• Refrain from using the portal or tournament systems to invade the privacy of others, including unauthorized sharing of data or media.

1. 3. Appropriate Content

• Do not upload, share, or distribute any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content, including but not limited to explicit language, images, or videos.
• Ensure that any content you submit, such as payment information, or messages, is appropriate and aligned with the values of the community.

 

1. 4. Be Honest and Accurate

• Ensure that all information submitted, including payment information, and any other data provided, is accurate and truthful.
• Do not engage in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation of the tournament results, registrations, or data within the ASP Dojo Application.

 

1. 5. Compliance with Rules and Regulations

• Follow all rules, policies, and guidelines set forth by AppSoftPro, including ASP Dojo usage guidelines.
• Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements, including respecting intellectual property rights and using the systems for lawful purposes only.

 

1. 6. Reporting Violations
• If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines or the Privacy Policy, we encourage you to report it to us immediately. You can contact us at contactus@aspdojo.com.
  Violations of these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent removal from the ASP Dojo, or other actions deemed necessary.
